This kid-friendly outing is straightforward fun with no curves thrown on an extra safe trail.

The route will be entirely on the Metropolitan Branch Trail with a straight shot down to Alethia Tanner Park where there will be a stop featuring fun games for kids. After taking on the challenges, participants can turn around to return in the opposite direction from when they started out.

Things to Know in Advance
-The three longest rides take place on streets with varying levels of bicycle infrastructure. Participants will share the road with motor vehicle traffic.
-The 50 States Ride is self-guided. Participants will be spread out along the route (not in a big group) and navigate using the provided physical cue sheet or with free turn-by-turn navigation on their smartphone using the Ride with GPS app.
